For many years, I have worked with numerous boards, executive teams and purpose-driven leaders as part of the Tank team. We saw first hand the direct implications of creating spaces of belonging. How people work when they feel welcomed to bring their full selves to work; encouraged to share their own stories, cultures, religions and ways of being.
