OTL is the office that supports the Executive Director of Township Leasing, the role that holds long term leases over Aboriginal townships in the Northern Territory for the Australian Government and the respective Aboriginal Land Council and Land Trust.

OTL trusted Tank to speak to remote Aboriginal communities across Northern Territory to understand how the relationship between them and OTL; to better understand what they do and how they communicate it.
