Gardiner Foundation exists to support and uplift the dairy industry. Understanding that the experience for CALD agriculture workers across Victoria needs to be improved, Gardiner engaged myself and Tank to run community listening sessions and individual conversations to better understand the experience for employees and employers. The result of these listening sessions came a report that provided recommendations and insights that would improve the experience for CALD workers across the agriculture industry.
