In 2025 I was invited to join the Building Inclusive and Collaborative Spaces for Pacific Representation workshop for the National Portrait Gallery, the Australian Association for Pacific Studies (AAPS), and the Oceania Working Party of the Australian Dictionary of Biography. This workshop will focus on establishing an inclusive and collaborative partnership that elevates Pacific representation.

For this workshop I contributed my Kiribati and Micronesion perspective towards a report that included reflections on the guiding principles explored, themes from the pre-workshop survey, and the powerful visioning work that took place on the day. It serves as a record of our gathering as well as a useful tool to support next steps in forming transformative, community-led partnerships.
